SCOTUS Rules in Favor of Freedom for Web Designer

In a case called, 303 CREATIVE LLC ET AL. v. ELENIS ET AL., the United States Supreme Court  held that the First Amendment bars Colorado from forcing a website designer to create expressive designs speaking messages with which the designer disagrees.

“As surely as Ms. Smith seeks to engage in protected First Amendment speech,” Gorsuch writes, “Colorado seeks to compel speech Ms. Smith does not wish to provide.”
